Sanctuary of the Soul

A Weekend of Self-Remembering through Writing, Movement, and Ritual

APRIL 26 & 27 IN BEND, OREGON

with Lynne Herbert, Tim Flynn, and Joy Reichart

$275 $225 through April 1

“All that you have sought lies within, it always has. Tune into your inherent intelligence, your body’s knowing, and learn to trust it again, listen to what it needs and perhaps what it is asking of you.” —Lynne Herbert

What is calling you?

This moment in history seems to be calling each of us into a new way of being—individually and collectively.

It’s a time for the wisdom we’ve amassed across our challenging, beautiful lives to make itself known.

It’s a time for all the words, the offerings, the expressions that have been forming inside us to pour out into the world.

It’s a time to let go of what no longer serves.

Where to begin?

You already have.

This gathering invites you to sink beneath the noise of now and connect with the deeper truth of yourself. To experience yourself in a new way by remembering what that is in you, and bringing it to the world with clarity and courage.

Get centered, go deeper

This isn’t something to strategize or think up. It’s a feeling that lives deep inside. So we’ll explore it in an embodied way. From the mystical to the practical, we’ll work in the territory of your inner wisdom.

Nothing about this is loud or epic.
It is quiet, real, and tremendously powerful.

“People willing to stay connected to their deepest inner voices are needed in our culture now more than ever. Giving voice to our authenticity is the antidote to the chaos and cruelty of our times.” —Tim Flynn

This workshop is for you if…

  • you are curious about cultivating your creative, somatic, and/or spiritual self

  • you desire a deeper connection to your soul and companions on the journey of discovery

  • you feel you have something to contribute in these times and want to get clearer on what that might be

  • you desire a regular practice or ritual to support what you are creating

What you will experience

  • Deep exploration of your inner knowing through writing, movement and ritual

  • Clearer sense of what is yours to bring to the world, and discovering ways to do just that

  • New tools and experiences to feel more empowered and at home in our bodies during this challenging time

  • Resources for staying connected to your deeper calling—as well as moving through what may be blocking that connection

  • A simple practice and daily reminder to take into your daily life so you can keep living and growing what you discovered over the weekend

  • A community of like-hearted souls to support you in your ongoing exploration

Flow of the weekend

Each day we’ll work with a few different themes—e.g., grief, centering, creativity, purpose—exploring how they show up in our lives and how we can be with them newly.

We’ll explore and integrate what comes up through prompted writing and movement.

You will work toward developing a sacred practice and creative piece you can take into your daily life to support you in working with what you discovered.

We’ll take plenty of breaks for self-care and integration.
