If you cancel 48 hours or more prior to the start of the thing you signed up for, you’ll receive a full refund for the thing. If you cancel 24-48 hours ahead you’ll get credit toward another thing.

Generally, refunds & credits aren’t given with fewer than 24 hours’ notice. Of course, if it’s an emergency, let’s talk.

(Oh, and hopefully it goes without saying, but if I cancel an event, you will be refunded fully and immediately.)
